UpStream Ministries Donations Honoring Jim Mills

Jim Mills had a passion for telling people about the hope that could only be found in Jesus. In fact, in our sorrow and suffering over his recent passing, it is this lasting hope that gives us comfort and peace, knowing we will one day see him again.

A few years ago, Jim started Upstream Ministries  with the sole purpose of carrying the Gospel message across the world. Jim and others on the ministry team blogged and shared messages online, but during Jim's cancer treatments he also spent a lot of time witnessing to doctors, nurses, and others who were going through trials similar to his own.

In honor of Jim, we have decided to look directly into the face of cancer and deliver hope to those who are facing battles like the one Jim so bravely fought. We plan to use the money donated here to create and distribute "care kits" to various cancer centers, which will include comfort items and uplifting scriptures and prayers that will build up and encourage others in a time when they are in great physical and spiritual need.

Thank you for your donation and for honoring Jim Mills - husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grandfather - who until his last breath was a shining light in this world, sharing the hope of Jesus.
