Honoring Joe Kimball's Memory

Many of my friends and family know the journey and dedication it took to find my father after searching for him for literally two decades. I finally found him in May of this year. It was absolutely amazing. We spent my 38th birthday together in July, the first birthday since I was 4 years old that we were able to celebrate together. He got to meet his granddaughters for the first time and was excited to be a grandpa. So many beautiful things were happening and lined up for my father. His future was going to be a beautiful one. We had everything arranged for him to move to Wisconsin from Texas so he could be with us and be a part of our lives. Unfortunately, last night I received devastating news. My father, Joe Kimball, passed away.
My father was a beautiful person who wore his heart on his sleeve, always willing to help anyone in any way that he could. He was truly a great friend to have. His fun, cheerful, and positive personality was one of a kind.
I never thought I would ever have to make a GoFundMe page. It is not easy for me to ask for help. I am currently in the situation now in order to have my father cremated that I do need help. I have 4 days as of today, 12/10, to get my father from the medical examiner's to the funeral home to be cremated. Not including the travel expenses to get from my home to Corpus Christi during this holiday season.
I understand that with the holidays upon us, things can be difficult. I appreciate all the help anyone has to offer.
