Honoring John Pekin: A Call for Support

Hi everyone,

I’ve created this GoFundMe on behalf of my mother who lost her father. I’m asking for help in easing the burden and stress of this unfortunate situation so that we can have space and time to grieve the loss of John Pekin (father, husband, grandpa, great-grandfather).

John Pekin was a wonderful person who would put other people's needs before his own. We all have different stories of him, but my favorite memory of him is when I was younger. He would let me sit on his lap and pluck his facial hair, or the stories he would tell us. You will forever be missed! May we meet again.
