Honoring Karen Hook: Help with Funeral Costs

It is with a heavy heart to announce the passing of our Mother, Karen Theresa (Potter) Hook. She was a doting Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister. If there was one word to describe her, it would be FIGHTER! In 2007 she was diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer where she fought like hell until she finally went into full remission in 2019. In 2021 she was again diagnosed, this time, with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. Sept. 13th, 2024 is when she BEAT CANCERS ASS! As we are left here to mourn for her, she is set free of all her pain and anguish and what a relief that is to know after watching her fight for as long as she did.

In this time of need, if you are able and willing to donate toward funeral expenses, our family would be greatly appreciative!

I must also note, she was a huge advocate for preventative/early detection and I would be doing her a disservice in not reminding those of you who it would pertain to, to make sure you get your annual screenings!!!
