Honoring Katie Lopez

Dear Friends, Family and Houston Softball Community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Katie Lopez, a beloved member of our community and a dedicated supporter of girls softball. Her unwavering spirit and unimaginable strength during her battle with cancer inspired everyone around her.

As we come together to honor her memory, we are organizing a GoFundMe to support her family during this difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference and help ease the burden of expenses they are facing.

On a personal note, as her daughter Makayla looks to honor her mom by continuing her softball journey, I'd love nothing more than to help make this possible.
