Honoring Kelly McKenna's Legacy

Donation protected
The greatest man we’ve ever known, Kelly James McKenna went home to be with the Lord on December 23rd, 2024. Kelly was a faithful husband, a fiercely devoted and loving father, a loyal grandfather that loved his grand babies so much, a friend, brother, and a figure to the Edgewood community.
Kelly loved his wife Patti and children, Anthony, Nicholas, Jessica and his bonus son Gavin with everything he had. If you were lucky enough to watch Kelly be a dad or the father of the community, you received a perfect playbook of how it should be done. Kelly and Patti were best friends, true partners, and soul mates. Their children witnessed the kind of love and joy intended for us - patient, kind, not envious, not boastful, not self seeking, never easily angered. “It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
Kelly passed away way too soon and never was given the time to fight. He truly deserved better cards than what he was dealt in the end.

We ask that you keep the Mckenna family in your prayers. Please pray for the family and friends who are experiencing immeasurable pain from his sudden departure from us.

If you would like to donate, all funds will be going to support the family and any expenses in this time of grief. We would love to show our dad one more time how much he was loved by so many people. Our dad truly deserves the world for what he gave us all growing up and all the daycare families and community friends that were a part of our lives all these years. He was truly the best dad and grandpa to so many and we want him to have the best last party.

We rejoice in the truth that we will see our dad Kelly again. Until then, speak of him often, and please share your stories and memories with friends and family in the hope we honor his memory forever. He was one of the greats taken far too soon!
