Honoring Kris Nelson: Support for Memorial Costs
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kris Nelson, a man whose life was taken too soon. He was, first and foremost, a devoted father to his daughter, Kayla. Being her dad was his greatest joy, and he poured his heart and soul into her. Kris was incredibly proud that Kayla works for Black Beauty Animal Sanctuary, a testament to his own love for animals.
Kris proudly served his country as a medic in the Army National Guard. His commitment to helping others was evident in his military service and his everyday life. Kris's generosity continued even after his passing through his selfless act of organ donation. He had a kind and generous heart, always ready to lend a hand or offer a word of encouragement. To know Kris was to love him; he was cherished by many whose lives he touched.
Beyond his dedication to family and service, Kris had a few simple passions that brought him joy. He had a deep affection for Dr. Pepper and sports cars. He was also known for his great sense of humor and loved joking around. These small things, enjoyed with friends and family, were an essential part of what made him happy.
Kris Nelson will be remembered for his unwavering love for Kayla, his pride in her work with animals, his own love for animals, his pride in serving his country, his kind and generous heart, his love of sports cars, his sense of humor, and the simple joys he found in life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and service that will not soon be forgotten.
We are seeking your support to help Kayla cover the costs of his cremation and memorial service. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help us give Kris the farewell he deserves.
Thank you for your love and support and for being a part of Kris’s incredible journey.
