Honoring Lori Ann Long: A Life Lost, A Dog Saved

On April 8,2025 Our Friend Lori Long succumbed to injuries she received during apartment fire on Bidwell Drive Fremont On April6,2025in the early morning hours.Lori and Her friend Charlotte H. was forced to the balcony on the 4th floor of her apartment.,after a battery on a electric bike exploded while it was being charged you could hear Charlotte's and Lori's cries for help as they both were trapped they were crotched down. In the corner of the balcony.Lori determined to save the life of her dog Buddy had Charlotte hold onto her while she dropped Buddy to neighbor's porch below.Charlotte lost her grip after grabbing the scorching hot railing.Charlotte fell to her death and Lori followed shortly after.Charlotte died on impact and Lori was taken to Washington Hospital were she was diagnosed with broken back ,broken neck,broken nose facial broken bones eye sockets broken ribs,and had minimal brain function.Lori 's brother John Long was spared from deciding to take her off Life Support.She passed away on her own in the afternoon on April 8,2025.Lori's Friends and only family member John are asking for your help with the burial.She lost her life saving her dog Buddy she is put in a very elite group of extra extraordinary people who have pure love for their pets.Any amount you can spare is greatly appreciated.Thank you and God Bless.
