Honoring Mary Hollen: In Lieu of Flowers, Support Her Legacy

Dear friends, family, and supporters,

Our world changed when our mom, Mary Hollen, was suddenly diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and, despite every effort, passed away. This has been an incredibly difficult time, and as we navigate the next steps, we are reaching out for support.

Mary was a source of love, strength, and joy in our lives, and we want to honor her memory. She devoted her life to her family, friends, and community. She served as President of the Seal Beach Lions Club and was an active member of the Seal Beach Yacht Club. Her loss has left a hole in our hearts, and we are struggling to imagine life without her.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking for monetary donations to cover costs of her celebration of life, unexpected travel expenses, social activities for her surviving spouse, Steve Hollen, and ease the financial strain on her family. Any contribution will be deeply appreciated. We will also make a donation to the Lions Club & Seal Beach Yacht Club in her name.
