Honoring Meloni's Light: Help Her Family Heal

Our hearts are sadded at the loss of a truly precious woman. We would love to rally together as a community to support her family the way Meloni has always supported others.

Some people just shine light wherever they go and always leave a lasting mark on those they come in contact with. Meloni Simpson was that person for so many. Meloni loved others and had a natural gift of encouragement. Recently, she even inspired a local coffee shop to distibute small Jesus figurines to their customers after she herself handed them out to their staff. She truly loved others and always had their needs at the forefront of her mind. She loved supporting small businesses and giving shout outs to them online to help drive traffic to their locations. Meloni spent many additional hours at her job, Terrace Gardens, checking in on residents and taking care of issues they may have, both inside and outside the scope of her job. She just simply worried about others and wanted the best for them, always.

Mrs. Meloni unexpectedly went to be with Jesus on September 30th amidst the tragedy of Hurricane Helene and it's devastating effects left on our community of Waycross, GA. Although her passing was unrelated, the timing of two tragedies within a weeks time provides quite an emotional and financial burden for her loved ones.

Meloni leaves behind a husband, Archie, and two sons- Archie II and Wesley, who are having to pull together to bury her, all while recovering from the impact of this storm, themselves. Meloni unfortunately did not have life insurance, and Archie desperately needs the help providing her with a proper burial.

Meloni was a pillar for the Simpson family and will leave an irreplaceable hole in their hearts as well as those who were blessed to call her a friend. Please consider donating to ease the financial burden on this family during this incredibly trying time.
