In Loving Memory of Miss Julie

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of the sweetest souls to ever walk this earth. Julie Telles (Riley), lovingly known by so many as “Miss Julie” — was a devoted Mom, Grandma, Friend, & the biggest cheerleader for everyone lucky enough to know her. As a beloved preschool teacher for the City of Brea, Miss Julie touched countless lives with her kindness, her laughter, & her unwavering love for her students and their families.

On April 21, 2025, Miss Julie lost her courageous battle with cancer. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Heaven gained a beautiful angel.

We are raising funds to help cover the costs of her Celebration of Life, where we will gather to honor the incredible woman she was. Any funds remaining will be donated to cancer research, specifically focusing on the type of cancer she battled once we receive final biopsy results in the coming months.

To know Miss Julie was to know pure, genuine love. She had a rare gift for making everyone feel special, always finding a way to lift you up with her smile, her humor, and her endless support. The world is dimmer without her light, but her spirit will continue to live on in all of us.
