Honoring Misty Long's Life and Legacy

My dear sweet cousin Misty Long passed away suddenly at her home last Saturday. She has always worked most of her life in daycare therefore there was no life insurance that could help at this time. After speaking with Joey it was decided to start a go fund me to help with finances to give her the funeral that she deserves. I know if it was any of us Misty would be one of the first people to offer help. She was someone who always wanted to help even if it was just sitting there listening to your bad day. I also want this to be a place we can talk about her life and not her death. We want to hear your stories of the goofy and sweet things she did to make you smile. I will start Misty loved to babysit us kids but when she did she ALWAYS made us watch a horror film. One of her favorite was IT. I hated them and would always hide under the bed. One of my birthdays she bought me a ceramic clown with a red balloon to put in my room. I didn't sleep in my room for weeks. Being the sweet person she is she took it down the next time she was over and took me for ice cream instead but you know that was laughing on the inside. Well Played Misty.
