We are heartbroken to share that our beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend, Eleanor "Norieh" Buenaseda Villasenor Tarnate, passed away. She was surrounded by love and left behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

Norieh was born on March 29, 1953, in Metro Manila, Philippines, and her life was a testament to love, resilience, and selflessness. She dedicated herself to her family, beginning as a devoted wife and mother in the Philippines and later relocating to the United States to create a brighter future for her loved ones. Over the years, she worked tirelessly as a caregiver, providing comfort and care to countless seniors.

Norieh's favorite hobby was cooking. Her cooking was legendary, and she brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to sit at her table. She expressed her love through food and her thoughtfulness in the way she cared for others.

Even in her final years, as she faced the physical challenges of kidney disease and other health complications, Norieh’s spirit remained strong. Her faith, generosity, and dedication to her family never wavered, and her love touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
