In Loving Memory of Richard Gray
It is with profound grief that we announce the unexpected passing of our father, Richard Gray, on November 4th, 2024, following his fight against Leukemia.
Our dad's passing came suddenly and unexpectedly. Despite our hope for more time, God had greater plans. He fought with such remarkable strength and fortitude to the very end. His spirit was unyielding, and his love for his family and friends never wavered, even in the face of such a terrible illness.
He loved the Lord with all his heart and was an astute servant of the Lord, Jesus Christ. His unwavering devotion to God was a source of strength and inspiration for all who knew him, and his faith guided him through every challenge. He lived a life dedicated to serving others, and his legacy will forever be one of love, compassion, and faith. He was such an amazing Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Coach, Friend, and Mentor to many and will be missed wholeheartedly.
During his illness, our father's health deteriorated to the point where he was no longer able to work, placing a heavy financial burden on himself. In this time, he was fortunate to receive the loving support of his eldest daughter, with whom he lived with for the final stretch of his journey. She cared for him with immense love and dedication, offering both physical and emotional support as the disease took its toll.
Now, as his family grapples with their loss, they are also facing the financial strain of funeral expenses and previous commitments that arose due to his inability to work. We have set up this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time. Any donations—large or small—would be greatly appreciated as we work to honor our father's memory and provide him with the dignified farewell he deserves.
We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support, and every contribution will help provide much-needed relief. Thank you for keeping Richard Gray's memory alive through your generosity, kindness, and prayers.
