Honoring Ron Bookman

On March 5th 2019 Heaven gained an Angel. Ron Bookman passed away suddenly and tragically of a cardiac event, leaving behind his wife Leisanne and 16-year-old son, Austin.
Ron Bookman served as Sr. Vice President of Trade Relations for Onco360 for seven years and spearheaded significant portfolio growth through his commitment and dedication to improving the lives of patients battling cancer. Committed to his trade, Ron was a staple at every industry conference…Parasol Up will not be the same without him. Ron was always the best-dressed man in the room and we all know how he could carry it like no other. What many don’t realize is the passion and energy Ron cascaded within the Onco360 organization. Ron was committed to improving patient care with a willingness to sacrifice company profits or market position in an effort to simply do what’s best for the patient.
In addition to his corporate success, Ron was a physical specimen committed to health and nutrition who had a passion for the game of golf... Ron was an amazing father and spent his weekends fully committed to his son Austin, demonstrated by their endless visits to the aquarium, the movies, and their swimming pool. There was no happier time for Ron than when he was with Austin.
Ron possessed a unique ability to enlighten his audience. His smile energized those around him, his laugh electrified a room, and his willingness to help others was unmatched. Ron impacted many lives in different ways and for that we shall all be grateful.
Onco360 would like to honor Ron the way we feel he would’ve wanted most, which is by doing something special for Austin Giovani Bookman. Austin is an avid swimmer who is getting ready for college and we are certain he will carry on Ron’s proud legacy. This is a time for all of us who were touched by Ron to give back and help take care of his loving family. Whether we toasted a drink with Ron at a corporate event, shared a mutual friendship, or simply met him through colleagues, all of us would like to remember him by helping the young man who consumed every day of Ron’s life.
In lieu of flowers, we ask for a contribution to help Austin with college expenses. We have set up a GoFundMe page for this purpose. Please join us in our effort to honor a very special part of our family.
