Honoring Shaun D. Respress: A Celebration of Life

Dear Friends & Family,

Hello, Our family would like to start by saying thank you to everyone that has had Shaun "Sidecar" Respress in their prayers these past few months.

Shaun was a father, a brother, son and a friend to so many people. He was the type of person who was full of life. Shaun was not afraid to walk up to a total stranger and just start talking to them or help those in need. He was always making friends wherever he went while making every effort to bring the community together the best way he knew how. Many of you knew Shaun from the neighborhood, others from the community and his brothers and sisters from the "Royal Aces" we all knew he loved to play checkers and dominoes but, his most loved thing to do was getting on his Harley and riding out. However, you knew Shaun he definitely was one of a kind. On September 13th 2024, early afternoon, my brother lost his battle to cancer and was called home to rest in the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

As our family mourns the loss of Shaun and we humbly ask if you could find it in your heart to help us give Shaun the "Celebration of Life" he deserves. No donation is too small and if you are unable to donate we still appreciate you.

The services will be held on Tuesday, October 8th at 12:00 (noon) at Bethesda Temple Church, 4909 Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles.
