Honoring Subee KC's Life and Dreams

Dear Friends and Community,

With heavy hearts, we share the devastating loss of Subee KC, an extraordinary 18-year-old with boundless dreams and a bright future. Subee, a first-year student at Hood College, Maryland and a proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute was a compassionate, ambitious young woman aspiring to become a healthcare professional. On December 3, 2024, her journey was tragically cut short in a car accident returning to college after Thanksgiving break.

Just before leaving, Subee hugged her parents, promising she’d miss them until Winter Break—a moment now frozen in their hearts, as her untimely passing leaves her family in unimaginable grief and our community mourning the loss of a bright, beloved soul.

In this time of profound sorrow, Nepali non-profit organizations across Maryland are united in support Subee’s family. Together, we humbly request your help to provide funeral assistance to inspire future students to follow their dreams.
