Honoring Susi: Support Her Memorial Fund

The Muldown community lost a beloved figure this week. Susi Kohler helped keep our kids, furry friends, and families safe as a crossing guard on the Asher and 7th Street crossing and on the playground.

Thank you to the families who have placed flowers where she stood, which will be delivered to her sister, Lani Johnson. Lani is incredibly touched by the gesture and would like us all to know, "I'm so impressed by the amount of support that people are doing, and Susi was a jewel. Thank you for everything you are doing."

As a continued tribute to Susi, and as Muldown WEF representative, I would like to offer families the opportunity to contribute to Susi's memorial expenses.

When I deliver the check to Susi's sister, Lani, for the total amount raised, I will include any cards or letters from Muldown families. Please drop these off at the front office at Muldown.

Donate and drop off letters by Thursday, September 26.
