Sorrow. Grief. Few have not experienced it.
Many who read this will understand and sympathize with Jennifer, Katheryne, Michael, and Erin at the loss of both their parents, Bob and Janice Hickman. Recently you read about or attended the memorial for Bob after his sudden death by a tragic accident. This recent tragedy is now compounded by the unexpected death of Janice Hickman on April 12, 2022.
To say Jenn, Kat, Michael, and Erin are completely overwhelmed, is an understatement. They were in the very beginning stages of transition; establishing a plan for Janice’s care and her future after Bob’s sudden death. Expenses have multiplied now. Travel expenses, gas, flights, lost work, etc. will continue to mount, as the estate goes through the process of paperwork, legalese, probate etc. while the siblings will bear the brunt of on-going financial obligations.
