Honoring the Legacy of Jim Maddox
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Rolf Hensche, and I am reaching out to you for your support. Jim Maddox, a dear friend and an integral part of our restaurant in Ellijay, GA, has sadly passed away. Jim was loved by our staff, always ready with words of wisdom, and enjoyed spending time on our patio with a cup of coffee. He was also the only person I knew who attended Woodstock, although he didn't remember much about the concert, which leads me to believe he had a fantastic time.
Financial Challenge:
Jim had insurance coverage for his final expenses, but unfortunately, the insurance was not fully vested. As a result, the payout will only cover the amount that was paid in, which is $1650. This leaves a significant sum to be covered by his family, who are facing limited financial resources.
Jim was a proud veteran who served his country honorably in the United States Navy on the USS Constellation. He had a deep love for music and was an exceptional guitar player. Recently, Jim owned and operated his own leather making company inside Hootenanny's Music Store in Ellijay. His dedication to music and craftsmanship brought joy to many.
Jim is preceded in death by his son, Eric Maddox, brothers Dudley and Ronny Maddox, and his parents, Snookie and Ed Maddox. In this challenging time, I kindly ask you to find it in your heart to support Jim's family. Every dollar received will make a significant difference and will be greatly appreciated by the family.
Let us come together to honor the legacy of Jim Maddox and provide support to his family during this difficult time. Your contribution will help alleviate the financial burden they are facing. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
