On June 10th, Twin Rivers Community Church will host a celebration of life service, providing an opportunity for family, friends, and loved ones to gather and share cherished memories of Dave. The event will be a testament to the profound impact he had on the lives of those around him. Later that day, in honor of Dave's love for nature, golf and camaraderie, a memorial golf tournament will be held at the scenic Crooked River Ranch Golf Course. Golfers, united by their love for the sport and their admiration for Dave, will come together to pay tribute to his life and honor his memory. Laughter, camaraderie, and heartfelt stories will fill the air as participants celebrate the remarkable man who left an indelible mark on their lives. About Dave Harper:

Born in Walport, Oregon, Dave, a remarkable man left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. He had a deep appreciation for nature and his love for the outdoors blossomed into a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing, with his most cherished adventures taking him to the wilds of eastern Oregon alongside his closest friends. Dave's storytelling skills brought to life the unforgettable moments he experienced during his hunting and fishing adventures with his close friends. Golfing was another passion that brought him happiness during his retirement, where he shared countless memorable rounds with his loving wife Bonnie, family, and dear friends. The greens became the backdrop for countless laughter-filled moments and friendly competition, as Dave showcased his dedication to perfecting his game.

Hard work was an integral part of Dave's character, exemplified through his career on the pipeline in Alaska and his dedication to construction projects and road building in Oregon. Even in retirement, Dave continued to lend a helping hand to friends in need and worked alongside Bonnie on the house they shared.
