Support the Garrett family after unexpected loss

Hi, my name is Jonathan Dove and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my uncle, James Garrett, who experienced an unimaginable loss of his wife, Melinda, over the weekend.

While enjoying vacation together in Las Vegas, Melinda suffered an unexpected medical emergency and was rushed to the hospital for life-saving treatment. After spending two days on life support, she sadly passed away on Sunday, November 5th, with her husband and two kids by her side.

Anyone who knows James and Melinda knows how incredibly selfless and hard-working they are. Their entire life has been spent helping other people and doing everything they can to provide the best life possible for the people they loved. They treat everyone like family and would never hesitate to open the doors of their home to anyone in need.

To know Melinda is to love Melinda. Her heart was pure gold and she radiated positivity in all aspects of her life. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, wife, aunt, sister, daughter, and all-around human being. Her passing has taken a tremendous emotional toll on anyone who knew her, as well as a financial toll on my uncle, James, who is left having to pay her medical bills and plan her funeral without any warning or time to prepare.

While no one can ease the pain of Melinda’s passing, it is my hopes that we can take away the financial strain that her untimely death has caused her family.
