Honoring the Life and Memory of Tesfay Berhane.

ሓውና ተስፋይ ብርሃነ ብ1970 ዓ/ም ተወሊዱ። 1ይ ብርኪ ኣብ ቆቦ፣ 2ይ ብርኪ ኣብ ዓድዋ ቤት ትምህርቲ ንግስተ ሳባ ከምኡ'ውን ኣብ ዩኒቨርስቲ መቐለ ብማኔጅመንት ተመሪቑ። ኣብቲ ዩኒቨርስቲን ቤት ፅሕፈት ህወሓትን ሰሪሑ'ዩ። ድሕሪ ወራር ድማ ካብ በረኻታት ትግራይ ብዝወሃቦ ዝነበረ ሓላፍነት ምስ TMHን ካልኦት ዝምልከቶም ኣካላትን ርክብ ብምፍጣር ታሪኻዊ ዶክመንታት ናብ ህዝቢ ኣብፂሑ። ንህይወቱ ኣብ ሓደጋ ኣውዲቑ ዝተውሃቦ ሓላፍነት ተዋፂኡ።

ጅግና ተቓላሳይ ምስ ዲያሰፖራ ብምትሕብባር ንብርክት ዝበለ ህዝብና ብውልቀን ብማሕበርን ሓገዝ ኣብ ምብፃሕ ተቓሊሱ እዩ።

በዓል ሓዳርን ኣቦ ሓደ ህፃንን ነይሩ። ንትግራይ ዝሰርሐላ ብዙሕ እዩ። ኩሉና ብዓቕምና ንስድሩኡ ብዝኸኣልናዮ ብምሕጋዝ የቐንየልና ንበሎ።

Tesfay leaves behind his loving wife Feven and a handsome son Sephonias. As you can imagine Feven and his almost 3-year-old child are devastated by the loss of their amazing husband and father.

Tesfay was a very special person with a big heart. He would light up any room he entered with his warm smile, kind words, and the way he treated everyone he met. And let's not forget the two-year suffering and agony of our people in Tigray. It has been stated by many that he gave his time and energy to knock on every door of our family to deliver all the things we ask for. He loved and cared deeply for everyone around him whether it was his family, friends, or co-workers and he never held back in showing his feelings for us all. The family was of the utmost importance to him, they were his motivation for how he conducted business and carried himself at all times.

During this time his family needs our attention and support. The funds will help out tremendously, while they try to work out the intricate details of day-to-day life without Tesfay.

This loss is deeply personal, which makes us realize that there is no one that can ever make us feel the way he did....as though we were in the presence of greatness.
