Honoring the Life of Mrs. Hedat Habtu

Dear Family, Friends and Community,

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved sister, mother, and grandmother, Hedat Habtu. She came to Atlanta, GA, in early 2013 to visit her daughter, Selamawit Abraham. In late 2018, she was suddenly struck by a subdural hematoma, a battle she fought with incredible strength and resilience for over six years. On January 30, 2025, she peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family.

As we come together to honor Hedat’s memory and lay her to rest, we ask for your support. Your generous contributions will help cover funeral expenses and support the family during this difficult time. Any amount is deeply appreciated, and we are grateful for your prayers, thoughts, and kindness.
