Honoring the Memory of Joe Carlson

With heavy hearts, we come together as Joe’s work buddies to honor his life. Joe Carlson, was a cherished, father, husband, son, brother, coworker and friend, who tragically departed from us on May 27th, 2024. Joe's passing leaves a profound void in our lives, but his spirit will forever be cherished in our memories.

Joe leaves behind his beloved wife Brittany and their three beautiful children, Paeton, Joey Jr., and Lainie. His devotion to his family was unparalleled, and his love for his children knew no bounds.

In the wake of this devastating loss, we've created this fund not out of financial necessity, but as a heartfelt way for friends, family, and community members to express their condolences and support. In lieu of flowers or other gestures, your contribution will help alleviate some of the burdens of loss.

Joe was more than just a friend; he was a beacon of light in our lives, with his infectious laughter and unwavering loyalty. He had a unique ability to make everyone feel seen and valued, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Joe was an organ donor and in his last selfless act on earth he saved several lives (donors received his liver, kidneys, and heart). His heart has gone on to beat in someone else.

As Joe’s “Bridge Brothers” we wanted to set this up so that Joe’s friends and former colleagues working throughout the country have a way to show their support of Britt and the kids. We will all miss the laughs, knowledge and helping hand that Joe was always willing to lend regardless of the day of the week or time of day; he was always there. His presence at work will be deeply missed and the days will be a helluva lot harder not having Joe a phone call away to come lend a hand or fix a piece of equipment to help keep us all working.
