Honoring the Memory of Ms. Yanti’s Husband

My name is Norean Qadir, and I am seeking help for my beloved friend and family member, Mayanti (Yanti) Farah, who has been our nanny for 6+ years. She is so beloved, my children often call me Yanti instead of Mom.

In February 2023, Ms. Yanti’s husband, Ugi, was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. It was unexpected and shocking to the family. Since she’s become a full-time caretaker for her husband and living off savings since he lost his job due to his illness; he was the primary source of income.

This past week, (7/10/23) Ugi lost his battle with cancer and died at home surrounded by his family. The family is struggling to process their loss and manage a household, mortgage, college tuition, funeral expenses and extensive amount of medical bills.

Anything helps, even $5, just to help her get back on her feet and have bills be the least of her worries while she mourns the loss of her husband.
