About Obiora Chidom

Obiora was more than just a family member; he was a friend, a mentor, and a source of radiant positivity. His warm smile, infectious laughter, and unwavering love enriched the lives of everyone he touched. He lived life to the fullest and inspired us all with his kindness and joy.

At the core of his heart was his beloved wife, Gabriella Chidom, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Their love was a beacon of strength and a testament to the power of a partnership built on mutual respect and unwavering support. Gabriella was not only his spouse but his confidante, his rock, and his partner in all life's endeavors.

Together, Obiora and Gabriella raised three wonderful children – Oderah, Arinze, and Amarachi. As parents, they instilled in their children the same values of kindness, compassion, and resilience that Obiora embodied. Their family was a tight-knit unit, bound by love and shared experiences.

The Challenge

Obiora's journey came to a serene close on August 7th, 2023, as he peacefully transitioned after battling against advanced pancreatic cancer. His caregivers dedicated themselves wholeheartedly over the past two months to provide him with the utmost care and support.

Losing Obiora has left a void in our hearts and a financial burden on our shoulders. As we navigate through this difficult time, we are faced with the overwhelming costs of arranging a proper farewell and managing the medical expenses that accrued during his illness.
