Honoring the Memory of Pauline Marcinkiewicz

For those of you who do not already know, I am just devastated to be posting the heartbreaking news that my mother, Pauline Marcinkiewicz, passed away on October 7 2024 in her home. I am so sorry for the delay with this announcement, but this was not expected and I have been struggling with my own grief. A piece of my heart went with her to heaven.

As you all know, Pauline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, parishioner, and just a sweet loving person in general. She would do anything for anyone who asked, putting her own needs second to whoever reached out for her assistance. The last several years of her life were dedicated to caring for her husband, Jerry, who is afflicted with dementia. He is now staying with me until I can find a suitable place for him to call home.

The challenges I am encountering while navigating through funeral arrangements, touring facilities, locating documents, going through belongings, etc. etc., and trying to work a full-time job is just overwhelming. Many people have reached out to me to ask in what way they could help to support me and Jerry and our family during this difficult time. I have struggled with whether or not ask for monetary assistance, as this is really embarrassing for me.

The immediate costs that are due are quite high and I have decided to create a this GoFundMe for anyone who would like to help. All donations will go towards funeral expenses and establishing a beautiful memory for Pauline in the All Saints Parish Columbarium.

Visitation services will be held at Hutchins-Stygar located at 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Charles, MO 63304 on Friday, Nov. 1 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2 at All Saints Catholic Church, 7 McMenamy Road, St. Peters, MO 63376 @ 10:00am
