Honoring Tommy Rible: Tom Lacey's Marathon at Disney

My name is Tom Lacey. I'm planning on running the Disney Marathon on January 12. I have a disability called Neurosarcoidosis, so I will compete on a hand cycle. I would like to dedicate this to my late brother-in-law, Tommy Rible. I had never had any interaction with anyone with Down syndrome until I met Tommy. He was the most adorable, funny, honest, and trustworthy person I have ever known. He didn't hold back. He spoke his mind, and we all loved him. He made an impact on my life. Someday, I will see him in heaven.
