Honoring Tony Diaz & Support of Diaz Family

Donation protected
My name is Juan Diaz, the first son of Juan Antonio Diaz Jr, or better known to all as my father Tony. I am raising funds to celebrate my fathers life and assist my brothers in the coming months as I am now their sole guardian. It has been a very difficult year losing my mother Gwen on Jan. 25th 2023, my brother James was hospitalized due to RSV & cardiorespiratory arrest from Nov. 8th 2022 until June 16th 2023, my fathers battle with cancer from July 2023 and now his loss. My dad Tony, lost his short battle with Pancreatic cancer on October 13th 2023. Another remarkable human, man, husband, father, son, and friend taken from the world all too soon. My dad was a man who loved nothing more in life than being there for his family and giving them the world and more no matter what it took. He taught his boys the best values anyone could have: to love and give to the world with no expectation in return, to fear nothing but God (& "your mother" as he'd say), to put your family first, to work hard whether others are looking and acknowledging or not, to always put doing the right thing first and hold your integrity and values tight to your soul as they will take you further than anything else in life. Most of all he just wanted his boys to be happy, healthy, and turn out to be good humans and he was more than successful in his life's endeavor. My father loved his wife, my mother Gwen dearly as they were faced with unimaginable circumstances and taught me to welcome them as you can do anything with love, patience, God, and your family by your side. He served as a pillar in his community with his service as a member of the military serving in the Army. His coworkers, friends, and family know him as the most generous soul, giving his time, funds, and efforts in ways that I'm sure some will never know. He was always present, the most important trait for any father, to show up and smile. There was never a game missed or minute that went unrecorded, his loud and proud voice could be heard by anyone no matter the crowds shouting in attendance. He was a man that was proud of his boys and the life he worked relentlessly to establish. I am so fortunate for the father God graced me with, my brothers are blessed to have had a father that shows up when it mattered most and loved us unconditionally. If you think of nothing else after reading this, for my father, think about your love for your family, think of a loved one who may need help and ask, remember that being a good person and doing the right thing will always matter more than the outcome, and remember that family and love should always be put first in all your steps you take in life. Above all, know that my father Tony loved you, my mother Gwen loved you, they are with you forever through all that you face and I hope you feel that love and embrace whenever life has shown you differently. I will miss you to the end of time papi, but I'm so happy I had you for the time I did. I love you forever and ever ❤️ Thank you all for your support in our lives while we learn to live and hopefully one day thrive after another loss in our live, the Diaz boys love and thank you with all our heart & souls.
