Honoring the Life of Tony “Yo Mo” Sproviero

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Tony “Yo Mo” Sproviero. Yo Mo was a light in the lives of everyone who knew him—a kind, generous, and loving soul who brought joy, laughter, and warmth to our family and community.

As many of you know, Yo Mo had a unique gift for connecting with people. Whether it was through his kind words or his selfless acts, he touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy of love and compassion. Yo Mo would give everything he had to anyone who needed it, even if it left him with nothing. He loved his daughter Miranda more than life itself. He was a great man with a heart of gold. His absence leaves a void that words cannot express.

In this difficult time, we are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support. We are raising funds to help cover the costs of Yo Mo’s memorial service and other related expenses. Our goal is to give him the beautiful farewell he deserves—a celebration of a life lived fully and a tribute to the incredible person he was.

The service will be held at Parkview Community Church, 764 St. Charles, Glen Ellyn at 11:00 AM on November 23rd. For those unable to attend, your thoughts, prayers, and contributions mean the world to us.

Any funds raised beyond the memorial costs will be used to support his family needs or another meaningful tribute to Yo Mo.
