Honoring Vanessa with an unforgettable memorial

My name is Brenda Vides, aunt to Vanessa. On behalf of the family, I am asking support to provide Vanessa a memorial to honor her and provide a final place to rest.

I joined the family when Vanessa was two years of age. My initial thought of her was, “wow such beautiful, active, loud, smart and funny little girl”. Sixteen years later, nothing changed except I added more compliments to her having increased her physical beauty, her inner beauty, her intelligence and her maturity.

Vanessa always put a smile on someone’s face. She always gave compliments, always lit a room with her friendly personality.

Vanessa tragically, unexpectedly and without much understanding to the family lost life here on earth. She suffered a brain aneurysm on December 25, 2022 that ultimately caused her death. Her mother Laura and Father Jason Lazo are heartbroken and in need of much support.

No mother, no parent is ever ready to think about losing a child, little yet prepare for funeral arrangements. Vanessa’s mother, Laura, needs time to grieve without having to deal with these devastating decisions.

At these hard times is when loved ones, friends and family can put in a grain of salt and show our support. Let’s help this grieving family honor Vanessa with an unforgettable memorial and provide her final place of rest here on earth until the day of resurrection comes.

“Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” John 5:28, 29.
