Honouring The Legacy Of Stephanie Leigh Forster
Donation protected
Creating this fundraiser in recognition of the phenomenal legacy my sister Stephanie leaves behind after a recent lethal homicide ended her life.
She was a mother, a daughter, an aunt, a niece, and a friend to thousands she offered humanitarian aid. Stephanie Leigh Forster amassed many loved ones worldwide.
Here’s a quote offering you a brief synopsis from an article written about her by Woman In Film & Television Vancouver:
“WIFTV member, Stephanie Limage is redefining traditional filmmaking as we know it. Steph is a filmmaker, musician, social entrepreneur, and Canadian delegate for the G20 Young Entrepreneur Association with the confidence and vision to impact change around the world through her art. She once relocated her entire life to Haiti for 5 years for a project. She has trained and educated film units in foreign countries to be ready to shoot at any given moment of crisis. She has mentored underprivileged people to use the power of film and documentation to change their own lives and get them out of poverty. Steph fully invests her time, attention, and energy in her art and in the people she works with. Her films are more than just entertainment, they are social impact projects that address and change social problems around the world.”
Stephanie’s life was tragically taken on December/9/2022 in a fatal shooting that occurred outside of her home in Coquitlam.
The majority of her family lives out of the province in Manitoba. In respect, to them and a massive community of friends, she made in Vancouver. We will be holding two separate celebrations of life, the events will also be aired online. Travel costs, arrangements, and family grievances during these holidays have been very tough for us all.
All proceeds will be stemming directly to the family first to cover these costs. Any excess received will be allotted to launching a non-profit organization Stephanie & I created over the years to constitute a monumental support system for female empowerment. Aiding women from every walk of life, creating a unified sisterhood of healing. Offering these ladies a sanctuary to share, learn, and teach one another through any level of abuse. Projecting them forward into their own healthy, successful walks of life.
Forster’s Fallen Angel's biggest mission will work towards creating a healthy solution to propose to parliament in regards to stopping predators. Thus enforcing a resove in our broken judicial system through the correlation of all these inspirational women. So that we can end atrocities such as the murder of my sister Stephanie from ever happening again!
Thank you all for the mass amounts of condolences, hugs, and any financial aid toward our cause. We appreciate it so very much over this horrific incident into Christmas.
Sincerely her loving brother, and forever best friend!
Tyson Forster
