Flying Family Pets from Shanghai to Australia

Hello Everyone,

My name is Kellie G and I am a long-term Australian expatriate based in Shanghai, China. During my time here, I have become a pet parent through the adoption of four cheeky dogs. Or as I like to call them, "My Hooligans". Let me introduce the Hooligan Squad.

My OG Hooligan is Lola G. She is a 13-year-old dachshund. She was spotted by my friend Anita at a pet shop after being returned. She was 8 months old.

Next came Jack G. He is an 11-year-old collie mix. He was rescued by my friend Alison when he was 4-months-old.

The third addition was Rex-Rain G. He was a German Shepherd mix and he was rescued by Karolina when he was 18 months old. Sadly, Rexie crossed over the rainbow bridge recently. He was a month shy of his 10th birthday.

And last but not least, is Minnie G. She is an 18-month-old chihuahua. She was rescued by my friend Lee-Anne when she was a tiny infant.

That's how my Hooligan Squad came together.

After two decades of living and working in Shanghai, it is time for a new adventure. Our first stop will be Australia which has very strict requirements for importing family pets. The process is arduous and very expensive, hence, need help with raising the funds.

The money raised will cover the following costs:

- Boarding in Shanghai (3 dogs)

- Vet costs in Shanghai (3 dogs)

- Airfares from Shanghai to Singapore (3 dogs)

- Boarding, quarantine, and veterinary costs in Singapore (60 days x 3 dogs)

- Flights from Singapore to Australia (3 dogs)

- Quarantine in Australia (10 days x 3 dogs)
