Minibus -Hope & Connection for Our Special Needs Students...
Hello I’m Frank, the Team 1 leader at Riverside School, and I’m reaching out for your urgent help, here is my story...
Riverside School, located in North London (Haringey), faces a transportation crisis because its minibuses are too costly to maintain. Budget constraints prevent us from buying or even replacing them with used ones. As a special needs school, Riverside school buses, are nearing their end of life and soon they will need to be replaced.
Approximately two-thirds of our 175 students have a diagnosis of autism, including general, moderate, complex, severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties. All our students rely heavily on school trips to develop social and communication skills. Without these trips, the students' development would suffer.
Some of our students and families are unable to participate in community events. Riverside School aims to support them through these educational trips and, is urgently seeking donations to replace the dilapidated minibuses.
Please support us by donating to make a difference in the lives of our students!
Thank you
