HOPE for Children’s education

For my mitvah, I'm helping work at an after school program for HOPE community services to teach children piano and help wherever I can. I go in 1-2 times a week during the school year and help with the STEAM camp. I also volunteer on weekends and have helped with a camp in the summer. Not only does HOPE help teach children, they also have a food pantry, they help find stable housing for people, and they help create a better community. I chose HOPE because I wanted people to have the same opportunities that I do and felt that I could use stuff I learned to help teach other people, as the greatest gift is to teach.
