Hope for Doris: Help Save a New Mother’s Life"

My name is Justice Osuoha, and I am raising funds to save the life of Doris Onwubere, the beloved wife of my dear friend, Leslie Onwubere. Doris has been facing life-threatening complications following a Cesarean section childbirth on December 29, 2024.

Shortly after delivering their baby, Doris experienced severe postpartum hemorrhage, which led to anemic shock, sepsis, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), acute kidney failure, and liver damage. These complications have left her critically ill and in need of intensive medical care at Regions and Stroke Healthcare Hospital.

Currently, Doris is undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), a life-saving treatment that is essential to support her failing kidneys until they regain function.
