Imagine one day you are feeling fit and healthy and the next day you are rushed to hospital to discover that you have incurable and inoperable cancer and told you have 6 months to 2 years left to live. This is what happened to Chris Harwood in November 2020.
With 3 young kids at school and a loving wife, this was a terrible blow to the family. Chris will be undergoing chemotherapy in an attempt to prolong his life as long as possible, which will obviously put a huge strain on the family mentally, emotionally and financially.
Chris has dedicated his life to helping others, whether that be through his association with his local soccer club, his involvement in church activities or as a senior manager at Lifeline.
Chris is a much loved member of the Kellyville Kolts Soccer Club with 2 sons who play for the club and as such, we are trying to raise some much needed funds to assist Chris and his family through these tough times.
The money raised from this page will not only help to ease the financial burden of Chris's medical treatment but also the day to day expenses of running a family, whether that be school fees, medical expenses or a trip to the movies for the kids.
