Hope for Zayden

Update on Zayden:

He is still in Children’s Hospital. He will remain there for at least 3 more weeks. His diagnosis is B Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He has had a bone marrow biopsy and will need one on day 8 and day 29. When he has the biopsy he will also receive a lumbar puncture to check for leukemia. It likes to hide in the spinal fluid. So for this reason he will be getting chemo administered in the spinal fluid.

After he gets out of the hospital he will need chemo for 24 months. It will start out every week and the further he gets out in the 24 months it will spread out on treatments.

Mom will be off work periodically for treatments and care of Zayden.

We are pleased to hear this is 93% curable. We miss him everyday here at daycare. We are thinking about his family and himself. We say a little prayer everyday.

Hi my name is Kelly. I run a daycare in Batesville Indiana. I have a child named Zayden who is 3 years old and the cutest kid ever. He loves to smile and is always happy. He is now at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital newly diagnosed with Leukemia. He will be in the hospital for at least 4 weeks. His mom is a single mom who has 3 other boys. She works hard for them. She is in need right now due to not being able to work to make sure Zayden gets him what he needs. Please help if you can any amount would be appreciated.
