Hope in War: Support Mohamed, Diana, and Their Children

Our story: my name is Mohammed, and I’m 35 years old, working as a nurse in a Gaza hospital.

My wife, Diana, is 27, and together we’re trying to provide a safe, stable life for our two young daughters, despite all we face. Our journey began in December 2023 when the military ordered us to evacuate our home in Al-Nuseirat immediately. We gathered what we could, took our little girls, and moved to Khan Yunis, hoping to find a more secure place there.

But our stability was short-lived. Another evacuation order forced us out of Khan Yunis, and we had to leave once more, this time to Rafah. Despite the hardship of moving again, we held on to a bit of hope, trying to adapt to our new situation. But even here, safety was fleeting. A new order to evacuate reached us in Rafah, and with no other option, we returned to Al-Nuseirat, though we knew the risks.

Today, we are renting a very small apartment in Al-Nuseirat, which barely accommodates us, but it is the only place available to us right now.

We are seeking $20,000 to cover our children’s daily needs, including food, medical care, and essential expenses, as well as rent costs, so we can provide them with a dignified life despite these difficult circumstances.
