Hope is in the eyes of the donators

Our family is currently in London, England receiving treatment for our son, Harvey who was born blind. Whilst the idea of your child having surgery isn't stressful enough, we have had to fly half way across the world from where we live to have this surgery and be away from home for 8 weeks.

We feel so very grateful to have been given the opportunity to stay at Ronald McDonald Evelina House and they have really made this time so much easier for us.

The Ronald McDonald house is a free "home away from home" for families who's children are being treated in hospital.

As a way of giving back, we would like to help other families that to will stay at this house by purchasing some food and toy vouchers. During our stay here the things that have made it that little bit easier was the amount and variety of toys for Harvey to play with and there always being food. Snacks or cooked dinners were so lovely and one less thing to think about after long days at hospital.

We hope by raising funds we can purchase these vouchers to hopefully make the times spent here by other families enjoyable and as stress free as possible.
