Hope: POTS Treatment Center
Donation protected
Hi all,
As some of you may know, my younger sister, Hope, also developed the same illness I live with - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
In 2014, thanks to the generousity of so many, we were sent to the POTS Treatment Center in Dallas, Texas for experimental treatment. It was because of the care I received there that I was able to get out of my wheelchair and regained my mobility. Today, I am still using biofeedback to maintain a quality of life doctors once said was impossible. As I continue to study neuroscience, I am only more convinced about the power of this treatment and the natural healing ability of our nervous system when it's given the chance.
I'm asking for your help to give my sister that opportunity to heal.
I believe in miracles. I believe in second chances. I believe in the power of community. Mostly, I believe in Hope - in her resiliency and her fierce love of life.
Please give and share as you feel called to do so. Thank you for giving our family another chance to receive this life changing treatment.
