Tom and Thomas could really use your help! The Hopkins duo are a father and son team who own Mellivo LLC. Thomas Hopkins Jr is a disabled veteran and Majority Owner of Mellivo, making Mellivo a veteran owned company. The Hopkins have been in a true David vs Goliath law suit for the past three years. Fighting a $380 million dollar company as a start up company, boot strapped by its owners, the Hopkins have already been through the ringer financially. However, they were battling through; that is until Covid hit.

Recently, Thomas Hopkins III who oversees Mellivo’s day to day operations was diagnosed with long Covid. He was put on 24/7 oxygen, and his abilities to oversee everything were overwhelmed. During this time Mellivo had retained an accounting firm to raise money to help it grow to the next stage. Low and behold tragedy struck again. The Accountant they hired after promising to get them funded Committed Fraud.

Left overwhelmed with legal fees, their live savings invested, and a drained bank account, this fraud incident may very well be the straw that broke the camel’s back.

THE HOPKINS ARE NOT DONE FIGHTING!! Thomas Hopkins III has taken a second job. They are working with their creditors to get squared away. However, the legal fees are too much!
