Hoping to replace stolen bike from disabled woman

I'm trying to raise money for my friend Chris and his wife Jen Roberge. Chris and Jen struggle with a disability and recently someone stole Jen's bicycle right before her eyes. Not only was this a prized possession of Jens, but it was also an emotional support for her and main means of transportation.
