Hopleaf Staffers Fund

Hopleaf, like all Illinois restaurants & bars, is closed until further notice. March 31 is the date Governor Pritzker cited but it would be no surprise for that date to be extended.

Workers across the hospitality industry—whose livelihoods depend on people gathering together—-are already suffering the immediate health and economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Independently-owned locales tend to run on very tight margins with not a lot of cushion. We're making this page to try to help our loyal and hardworking staffers weather this storm—for themselves and their families.

You may know some of them personally, but there are many behind the scenes as well who have been instrumental in making Hopleaf what it is.  If you would like to, and are able to, help us support our beloved crew, here is a way. All donations will be shared promptly and equitably among our hourly workers.
