Lighting up Holy Child School.....the 99 Year Group Legacy Project
Holy Child School is a long established all-girls high school in the Central region of Ghana, providing quality education to all the girls who attend the school. The school has an enviable record of 77 years of producing remarkable and empowered women who impact positively on society.
25 years after graduating from our beloved school, we the ‘“99-year group (Remarkable, Empowered and Determined ladies) are looking to continue the solar project initiated by previous alumni(1994 and 1995 year group), as our legacy project. The solar project aims to migrate the entire Holy Child School to solar power and make the school a net producer of energy for the national grid. This will significantly reduce the school’s running energy cost and promote clean energy whiles contributing significantly to the attainment of the UN SDG Goal 7, ensuring affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. Our target is to raise 1 Million Ghana Cedis (approximately USD100,000).
Kindly support us realize this dream by donating to our project. We are grateful for your support.
