Chex is a very special horse. We’re seeking help for expenses for his surgery and rehabilitation which is far beyond what was expected. Chex suffered a very serious injury on the fence line causing a severed tendon and damage to the joint on his front left leg, a very deep laceration to the cannon bone with minor tendon damage on his right front leg. Although he suffered lacerations on his rear legs, the damage is very minimal. His recovery is going to be ongoing with chances of bone deterioration in the future. We’re staying positive and being optimistic during this hard time. Anything you can give to help our boy goes beyond appreciation. If you can’t donate, please share and say a prayer. After the freak accident with Spartan we are still recovering from expenses. We thank you all for the support in what we do to keep this organization growing and helping people everyday. We will continue to update everyone on his journey to recovery.
