My name is Chef Earl Rigg,

After retiring from a telephone company (after 30 years) I went to Culinary school where I excelled. I worked in many types of restaurants from Mexican to fine dinning. Then I found a passion for teaching what I have learned.

God has given me a wonderful gift and now I want to share it with others. I started Hosanna Cooking School, our motto is feeding the Body, Mind and Spirit.

All classes are offered in the spirit of the Lord.

Hosanna Cooking School

Offering FREE cooking and baking classes for Kids and adults. The school operates entirely on gifts from family and friends. I am asking for help to expand the pantry and buy other supplies and equipment like Knives and Bibles for the kids. At this time everything is made by hand because we don’t have stand mixers or even hand mixers. We need more utensils like wire whips, pastry brushes, graters, blenders…..etc. All gifts go to the school and are not tax deductible. Funds will also help pay for a web site ( hosannacookingschool.com) where people can signup for classes and get recipes. There are no admin fees or instructor fees all of my time is volunteer.
