Hot asphalt on a hot Florida day

Hello, my name is Michael, husband and father of three. I am married with three children, the youngest has down syndrome and is living at home. I have diabetes and diabetic neuropathy. While at a water park with my son a week ago I lost a shoe and did not realize it for several steps.

The damage was all ready done. I suffered severe burns on the bottom of my left foot. Like many of you, I live paycheck to paycheck. I have no insurance or any support during my recovery which may take weeks. Any support would be welcome and appreciated.
