Houghton Lake Fish Stocking 2021

Hi, My name is Mike Daly Sr. I am a member of the Houghton Lake fish stocking committee. This "Go Fund Me" is for the sole purpose, of stocking fish in Houghton Lake, Michigan. Houghton Lake is the largest inland lake in Michigan. 100% of the money we receive from Go Fund me will be used to plant fish. H.L. Is a public lake with a number of public boat landings. We have attained a permit through the Mi. DNR to do this, and only state-approved fish suppliers will be used.

A number of species will be planted contingent upon availability and funding. To include but not limited to:

5000 Walleye

5000 Bluegill

5000 Perch

5000 Crappie

5000 Bass

And a number of minnows to be used as food for the planted fish.

Fish are planted in the fall so this fundraiser will go until few days before planting.

Any amount you can donate, large or small is appreciated.
